Board-certified radiologists annotate your imaging studies using the same diagnostic criteria they apply in clinical practice. They're not clicking through images as fast as possible—they're applying clinical judgment to ensure every label reflects diagnostic accuracy.

After initial annotation, a second radiologist reviews a statistically significant sample of studies to verify accuracy. We measure inter-rater agreement, identify systematic errors, and retrain annotators if we detect quality drift.

Annotations are exported in your preferred format—whether that's DICOM SEG, NIfTI masks, JSON coordinates, or custom formats that integrate directly with your ML pipeline. All files include complete metadata, anonymized patient identifiers, and audit trails showing which radiologist reviewed which studies.
